Revitalize group PVP

We all seen the massive uptick recently when we had the large altar we were all chasing, it was great!! I have an idea that I think could help the activity for group battles! One time a day have a random altar of 100k relig xp that goes to someone when a kill occurs in a group of 3 or more, this would make ppl wanna group again! Just to be clear this would not be eligible in 1v1 areas at all…so if u sit in a group in a 1v1 area u would not be eligible…in my opinion the 1v1 era has made tanks complacent…not even really needed, a lot of the tanks I talk to are frustrated that they have seemingly been forgotten because they not needed in 1v1. I have no problem fighting 1v1 I love that part of the game…but I miss the thrill of the hunt, the gaming of trapping and killing or getting killed!! If u offer relig xp, ppl will come!!! Let’s bring back group battles!!! Thoughts??

Oh yeah lovely, groups of alts vs alts.

There's a lot more needed to get people to PvP again than just offering some religion xp, after /100 the exp doesn't matter anymore imo.
 
everything is elementary simple. become the leader of OSF and bring people together. The passive asteroid leader has not been fun to play for a long time. there is no siege because he placed the OSF chair in a peaceful zone. and there is no need to talk about 3 alliances. NAVI GP and GOD are essentially one alliance. He also offered to help you during the siege. to which he was refused. We are not interested in using a santa bag, extra flowers and waiting until you come under siege.
 
Exp is irrelevant to play PVP since everyone can get to /95 already and just use CULT SUPPLIES. Religion Level also don't matter anymore because of this CULTS.

Also, the group fight you are referring to will just end up as ALTS vs ALTS. There are more ALTS with auto-clickers in the Group than the actual number of players and ADMINS don't see or don't care about this.

Imagine disallowing multiple of your chars in 1 group... pfft.
 
Well glad we got the complaining out of our systems!! Nothing is ever gonna make every1 happy, no one solution will be a fix all. But we are here playing a game, we obviously have some kind of love for this game because many of us have been here for many years, simply folding your arms in disgust in not the answer either! Small steps, I seen how many people were on during the big altar and I just thought why not try to give ppl a reason to group again? Grouping for realm siege is very different for us, our ally is all over so many of us are not on same time zone like some of the other allies. It’s very easy to throw mud and complain, what’s not easy is trying to create change in a positive way! Let’s take the path less traveled here! If admin was maybe to try this on the “Crazy Monday” rule change day maybe that would be a start, am I the only one who misses group battles everyday??

Group battles were indeed fun. But I don't see the point of fighting 80% alts on clickers :)
 
bring this old thread back to the forefront, only 1 alt is allowed now in battle (which was the chief concern when i brought this up) throw a random 100k altar at us admin once every couple days, the high religion levels ppl are acquiring now this wont even dent some, but a /96 gets it theyd be happy
