Do dealers not answer ever?

I have been trying to contact a dealer for a custom avatar but they never answer. Is there any other more reliable way I could get one or is there a dealer that actually will answer?

The dealer accepts the order within 6-12 months, the execution takes another 1-2 years. Oh my goodness, your order will be executed in 2028.
