a lotto is needed badly, scarcity of items has driven price up and even priced some ppl out of pvp...please add items like santa bags, cult supplies, 10 hour horns, ice poles, catacomb deports, maybe even PD subs as a rare draw item...regardless i know im not the only one wanting a lotto...
